Dr. Brett designs personalized fitness programs to meet your exclusive needs based on the highly effective periodization principals used by professional sports teams.

           

Train with;

Stability balls, power bands, weight bearing, or what equipment the client has available.  

Workouts adapted to the clients specific needs and goals. Thus insuring the desired outcomes of the programs.

During the first visit, Dr. Brett will learn more about your health history and individual goals. After this consultation, your trainer will be able to recommend the appropriate personal training package or session combination that is right for you in order to achieve the goals you’ve expressed. Next, after an evaluation of your present fitness level, your trainer will design and lead you through a personalized exercise prescription that is both challenging and motivating.

You will achieve optimal results by incorporating strength, endurance, cardiovascular, and flexibility training as determined by your objectives. Injury prevention, sport specific, pre-natal, and post-partum guidelines can also be addressed during these sessions.
